GoGoGo Buddy Terms of Service

This electronic agreement, compliant with the Information Technology Act, 2000, governs your use of the GoGoGo Buddy (the “App”) provided by Wonow Technologies Pvt Ltd (“GoGoGo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to connect drivers with customers needing transportation services. The App is currently in beta testing. We may update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Definitions:

Key terms are defined below and capitalized throughout these terms.

Applicable Laws: All relevant Indian laws and regulations.

Customer: A person who books a ride through the GoGoGo app.

Fare: The amount paid by a Customer for a ride.

Information: Details provided by the Driver for registration.

Driver Service: The transportation service provided by a Driver.

Service Request: A customer’s request for a ride.

Your Account:

To use the App, you must create and maintain an active account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date Information, including personal details, vehicle information, and required legal documents. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

Driver Obligations:

You must be a licensed driver at least 18 years old with a valid driving license, vehicle registration, and insurance.

You agree to:

Provide safe and legal transportation services.

Maintain your vehicle in good working order.

Adhere to traffic laws and regulations.

Treat Customers respectfully.

Report any incidents or accidents to GoGoGo.

Attend required training sessions.

Be responsible for any cancellations.

Adhere to GoGoGo’s pricing.

Payment:

GoGoGo may charge platform fees. Drivers keep 100% of Fares after agreed upon commissions paid to any open mobility network partners.

Representations and Warranties:

You represent and warrant that you:

Have no criminal convictions involving moral turpitude.

Have the legal right to operate your vehicle.

Possess all required licenses and permits.

Will not carry any illegal or dangerous items.

Are in good health and have sufficient eyesight.

Disclaimer:

GoGoGo provides the App “as is” and disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Confidentiality:

You agree to keep GoGoGo’s confidential information confidential. Customer data is GoGoGo’s exclusive property.

Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify GoGoGo against any claims arising from your breach of these terms, misconduct, or provision of Driver Services.

Limitation of Liability:

GoGoGo shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. GoGoGo is not responsible for driver behavior or vehicle quality. The contract for service is solely between the Driver and Customer.

Term and Termination:

Either party may terminate this agreement with seven days’ written notice. GoGoGo may terminate immediately for breach of these terms or other specified misconduct.

Relationship of the Parties:

Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of GoGoGo.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved through mediation and, if necessary, arbitration in India. District and Sessions Court Gurugram have exclusive jurisdiction.

Miscellaneous:

These terms may not be assigned without GoGoGo’s consent. GoGoGo may amend these terms. Invalid provisions will be severed. GoGoGo may send notices via the App or email. Contact us at support@gogogo.life
